At Danish Jewellers, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted jewellery. Every piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you.

We offer a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use and intended wearing conditions.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • Stone setting defects caused by workmanship.

  • Structural defects resulting from the manufacturing process.

  • Plating issues caused by a verified manufacturing defect.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.


What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including natural fading of plating over time.

  • Damage caused by accidental impact, dropping, bending, pulling, or improper handling.

  • Exposure to water, moisture, perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, hairspray, cleaning agents, or other chemicals.

  • Tarnishing or discoloration resulting from environmental factors or improper storage.

  • Damage caused by misuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or neglect.

  • Loss of stones due to accidental damage after delivery.


Handcrafted Jewellery

Every Danish Jewellers piece is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans.

As a result, slight variations in stone placement, enamel work, texture, colour, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade jewellery. These unique details reflect authentic craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty assessment, please email us at danishenterprisesjaipur@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the product and the affected area

Our team will carefully review your claim and determine whether it is covered under our warranty policy.


Warranty Assessment

Each warranty claim is evaluated individually.

If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item with the same or a comparable product, depending on availability.

Please note that customers may be responsible for shipping charges when sending items for warranty inspection unless otherwise advised by our support team.
