Refund and Return Policy

At Danish Jewellers, we take pride in delivering handcrafted jewellery of the highest quality. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at danishenterprisesjaipur@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Registered Email Address or Mobile Number

  • Reason for Return/Exchange

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)


Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalised jewellery

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or Sale items

  • Products marked as Final Sale


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing danishenterprisesjaipur@gmail.com along with clear photos and your order details.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.


Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Customers will be required to provide their bank account or UPI details.

Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to reflect.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged or defective product

  • An incorrect item shipped by us

We will bear the return shipping charges.

For all other returns or exchanges, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.


Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo a quality inspection before any refund or exchange is approved.

Products that do not meet our return eligibility criteria may be sent back to the customer.


Handcrafted Jewellery

Every Danish Jewellers piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans.

As a result, slight variations in colour, stone placement, texture, polish, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted jewellery and are not considered manufacturing defects.


Product Colour Disclaimer

We strive to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to differences in mobile screens, monitors, lighting conditions, and display settings.
